Over the past couple of days, I have been sculpting in some of the details and texturing. I have kept the textures fairly close to the original sketches, but had to re–appropriate them for 3D and put my own “spin” on it. As long as it doesn′t look like a bunch of scribble, then I′m happy.
I am still deciding whether or not to use colour, but I am going to utilise Cel Shading techniques. I will need to test and see if I can reproduce a watercolour type of effect with this, but I will be using Cel Shading to create a black outline. ZBrush has a nifty way to do this, which I will be exploring a little further on.
