ZBrush Tips, Tricks and Tutorials

During my net browsings, I′ve come across some more ZBrush tutorials that look very handy indeed.

For help on (dreaded) hand sculpting, take a look at this article www.creativebloq.com/3d-world/how-sculpt-detailed-3d-hand. This will take you through a detailed step–by–step process along with videos for even more explanation for each. It looks crazy detailed to me which is awesome, but you can of course adapt and simplify it to suit your needs.

If you find yourself working with a ridiculous amount of polygroups and can never remember the shortcuts to show / hide specific areas (like me), this thread has a nice bit of reference www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?43135-Tip-for-hiding-polygroups.

And finally for this ZBrush tutorial bundle, here′s a pretty good mix of tips and tricks http://www.creativebloq.com/3d/10-things-you-probably-didnt-know-you-could-do-zbrush. I found this after looking into backface masking (which is off by default) because I had no idea what was causing funky deformations and messed up geometry in thin parts of my sculpts at the time; namely spikes and clothing.
